Terms of Service

By accessing or using Sarim, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account, download the client, make a purchase, or use the service.

1. Eligibility

Sarim is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not create an account or use the service. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use Sarim only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access. Accounts may not be sold, shared, transferred, or used on behalf of another person without written permission from Sarim.

3. Rules and fair play

You may not cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, interfere with the service, evade enforcement, impersonate others, harass players, distribute malicious software, or use unauthorized tools that provide an unfair advantage. Real-world trading outside an official Sarim system is prohibited.

Suspected bugs and security issues should be reported privately through an official Sarim support channel. Knowingly using an exploit before or after reporting it may result in account action.

4. Client and software license

Sarim grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to download and use the official client for access to the service. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, modify, bypass security controls, or reverse engineer Sarim software except where applicable law expressly permits it.

5. Virtual items, currency, and benefits

Virtual items, currencies, perks, account benefits, and other digital content are licensed for use within Sarim. They are not physical property, do not have guaranteed cash value, and may not be exchanged for real money outside an official Sarim system.

Game content may be adjusted, rebalanced, renamed, restricted, or removed to protect the game, correct errors, address abuse, or improve balance. Access to digital content depends on continued access to the account and service.

6. Store purchases

Store prices, included benefits, delivery details, and any recurring charges will be shown before checkout. Payments may be processed by a third-party provider under that provider's terms and privacy policy. Taxes may apply based on your location.

Refunds are handled according to the terms shown at checkout and applicable consumer law. Unauthorized chargebacks, payment fraud, or abuse of the purchase system may result in temporary restrictions while the transaction is investigated.

7. Service availability and changes

Sarim may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, outages, security events, testing, or circumstances outside our control. Features, rates, encounters, rewards, and supported platforms may change over time. We do not guarantee that the service or any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.

8. Player communications and content

Messages, names, posts, and other content you submit must follow the game and community rules. You retain any rights you have in your original content, while granting Sarim permission to host, display, moderate, and process it as needed to operate and protect the service.

9. Enforcement and termination

Sarim may warn, mute, restrict, suspend, or permanently close accounts that violate these terms, game rules, security requirements, or applicable law. Enforcement decisions may consider the seriousness, history, evidence, and effect of the conduct. Access may also be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect players or systems.

10. Intellectual property and third-party rights

The Sarim name, website design, original code, written content, and original project assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, trademarks, and assets remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Sarim is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent preservation of game data, or compatibility with every device or network.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarim and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the service, law, payment systems, or operating practices change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes may also be announced through the website or game service.
