This Privacy Policy applies to the Sarim website, game client, accounts, store, support services, community features, and related systems. The information collected depends on which features you use.
1. Information we collect
Account information
We may collect a username, email address, account identifiers, authentication records, account settings, and information used to secure and recover access to an account.
Technical and connection information
We may collect IP addresses, device and operating-system details, client version, connection times, crash information, diagnostic logs, and security events. This information helps the service connect, update, troubleshoot, and protect accounts.
Gameplay information
We may record character progress, inventory and equipment data, skills, achievements, encounters, trades, chat and moderation events, rankings, session activity, and other actions performed in the game.
Purchases and transaction records
When purchases are enabled, payment credentials will be processed by the payment provider. Sarim may receive transaction identifiers, purchased products, delivery status, timestamps, account identifiers, country or region, and limited payment status information.
Support and communications
We may retain support requests, reports, appeals, survey responses, and messages sent through official Sarim channels.
Cookies and local storage
The website may use essential cookies or browser storage for security, session management, preferences, and basic operation. Any optional analytics or similar technology will be described when introduced and used according to applicable consent requirements.

Sarim does not sell personal information. Sarim does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Public information
Character names, rankings, achievements, boss records, and other gameplay information may be visible to other players or published on the highscores. Information posted in public chat or community spaces may also be seen and copied by others.
6. Retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, secure accounts, resolve disputes, enforce rules, keep transaction and accounting records, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted, anonymized, or aggregated.
7. Security
Sarim uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security. Players should use unique credentials, protect access to their email and device, and report suspected account compromise promptly.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain uses of personal information. You may also withdraw consent when processing relies on consent.
Requests may be submitted through the official Sarim support channel. We may need to verify the requester's identity and may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, transactions, or legal compliance. Applicable law may provide exceptions to some requests.
9. Children
Sarim is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may contact Sarim through the official support channel regarding a child's information.
10. International processing
Sarim and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where a player lives. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers.
